Terms and Conditions of 777slo – Clear Rules for All Members

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between 777slo (hereinafter "Platform") and each registered member (hereinafter "Member" or "you"). Using any feature of 777slo — including browsing, registration, deposits, betting, participating in promotions, or accessing support — constitutes full and unrestricted acceptance of these conditions.

777slo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered members and published on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes tacit acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 777slo, the Member must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident and hold a valid CPF in your name;
• Not be under active self-exclusion on any gambling platform;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form;
• Not hold any other active account on 777slo — each CPF allows only a single account.

777slo expressly prohibits the registration of users under 18. Accounts created with false or third-party information will be closed immediately, and any available balance may be confiscated under clause 10.

3. Account & Security

Members are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) secure. 777slo recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other service. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately via 24/7 live chat or at suporte@777slo.best.

777slo will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. Any communication of this nature should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to the platform's security team. The Platform is not liable for losses resulting from a Member's failure to protect their credentials.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

777slo may request identification documents (government-issued ID, driver's license, CPF, or proof of address issued within the last 90 days) for identity verification, particularly before processing withdrawals above R$ 500.00. This procedure is a regulatory requirement for anti-money laundering purposes and for the Member's own protection. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in a temporary hold on the balance until the review is complete.

4. Deposits & Payments

777slo accepts the following deposit methods, all 100% Brazilian:

• Pix — instant processing, available 24 hours a day;
• Boleto bancário — credited within 1 business day;
• Credit or debit card — Visa and Mastercard;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago;
• TED Transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. There is no maximum deposit per transaction, though platform limits may apply to accounts under review. All funds must be of lawful origin and belong exclusively to the account holder. 777slo does not accept third-party deposits.

5. Withdrawals

The Member may request a withdrawal at any time, provided that:

• The available balance comes from real balance (not bonus balance with a pending rollover);
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed for amounts above R$ 500.00;
• There is no active investigation of fraud or bonus abuse on the account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Processing times vary according to the Member's VIP level:

• Bronze and Silver: up to 24 business hours;
• Gold, Platinum and Diamond: immediate processing (usually within minutes).

777slo processes withdrawals exclusively to bank accounts held in the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The withdrawal method should preferably match the one used for the most recent deposit — a requirement related to anti-money laundering compliance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All 777slo promotions have specific terms available on the Promotions. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are:

• Deposit bonuses have 5x rollover on the bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion;
• Bonuses may only be used in the game categories specified in the offer;
• Bonus balance and real balance are kept separate in the dashboard — real balance is wagered first, unless the Member configures it otherwise;
• Bonuses expire according to the deadline stated in the offer — expired bonuses are removed automatically;
• VIP Program Cashback has no rollover and is credited as a real balance;
• 777slo reserves the right to cancel bonuses if it suspects abuse, including betting both sides of the same event (arbing), use of prohibited assistance software, or any other conduct that constitutes unfair advantage.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting on 777slo follows these general rules:

• Bets confirmed by the system are final and irrevocable, unless the event is cancelled;
• If an event is canceled or postponed by more than 48 hours, bets are refunded to the Member's real balance;
• In the event of clearly incorrect odds (odds materially off-market due to a technical error), 777slo reserves the right to cancel bets placed at the erroneous odds, notifying the Member in advance;
• Bets placed on events whose outcome is already known at the time of the bet are void;
• 777slo takes the official results issued by the relevant sports governing bodies — FIFA, CBF, UFC, CBLOL — as final for bet settlement purposes;
• Live bets are settled based on the game situation at the time of system confirmation. Any transmission delays are the Member's responsibility.

7.1 Betting Limits

777slo may apply maximum bet limits per event or market, especially for new members or in low-liquidity market conditions. VIP limits are higher and vary according to the member's VIP Program tier. Members can check the limits applicable to their account in the settings panel.

8. Casino and Electronic Games

All casino games available on 777slo — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and Live Casino — use an RNG (random number generator) certified by an independent laboratory. The RTP (return to player) for each game is available in the game's information sheet within the platform.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session (connection drop, timeout, server error), 777slo records the game state at the time of the failure. If the game can be recovered, the state is restored. If recovery is not possible, the amount wagered in the interrupted round is refunded to the Member's balance.

The Live Casino operates with real dealers via live stream. The rules for each live game follow the official rules published by the provider — Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, or similar — and are the responsibility of the game provider.

9. Poker

777slo poker tables follow the international rules of Texas Hold'em, Omaha Hi-Lo and other available variants. Game-specific rules for each format are available in the help section of the poker module.

• The rake charged at cash tables ranges between 3% and 5% of the pot, with a maximum cap per hand displayed on the table interface;
• Tournaments have their blind structure, starting level and prize pool published before registration opens;
• The use of external assistance software (HUDs, bots, real-time solvers during a hand) is expressly prohibited and results in a permanent ban;
• Player collusion at the tables is actively investigated by 777slo. Accounts found to be involved will be closed and balances may be confiscated;
• VIP Rakeback is calculated on the rake paid and credited weekly, according to the Member's VIP Program level.

10. Member Conduct

Members agree to use 777slo in a lawful, ethical manner consistent with the platform's rules. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of a third party;
• Use VPNs, proxies, or any technology to mask your location or circumvent platform restrictions;
• Engaging in money laundering or depositing funds of illicit origin;
• Using bots, automated scripts, or prohibited assistance software;
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting members of the support team or other players;
• Filing unwarranted chargebacks with your credit card provider after using funds on the platform;
• Any form of promotional abuse as described in clause 6.

Violation of any of the above may result in temporary suspension or permanent account closure, forfeiture of bonus balance, and in serious cases, a hold on the real balance pending investigation. 777slo cooperates with relevant authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.

11. Account Closure

11.1 At the Member's Request

The Member may request voluntary account closure at any time through the account dashboard or by emailing suporte@777slo.best. Upon request, the available real balance will be processed for withdrawal via Pix. Bonuses with pending rollover will be cancelled. Account closure is completed within up to 5 business days.

11.2 At 777slo's Initiative

777slo may close or suspend an account without prior notice in cases of Terms violation, suspected fraud, criminal activity, request by a competent authority, or legitimate business reasons. In such cases, the real balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded once any investigations are concluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

777slo is an entertainment platform. The Platform does not guarantee profits or financial returns to the Member. Gambling involves the risk of loss — Members should only wager what they can afford to lose.

777slo is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from the Member's own betting decisions;
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures (internet providers, carriers, partner servers);
• Indirect, consequential damages or lost profits, even if 777slo had been informed of the possibility of such damages;
• Unauthorized access to a Member's account resulting from a security failure on the Member's side.

777slo's total liability to any Member, under any circumstance, is limited to the real balance available in the Member's account at the time of the triggering event.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777slo platform — including the brand, logo, design, text, images, software, and source code — is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express written authorization from 777slo is strictly prohibited.

The games available on the platform are licensed from third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, and others) and are also subject to those providers' licensing terms.

14. Privacy & LGPD

The handling of Members' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy of 777slo, available at 777slo.best/privacy-policy, and is compliant with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018).

In short, 777slo collects only the data necessary to operate the service, does not sell it to third parties, and guarantees Members the rights to access, correct, port and delete their personal data upon formal request to the email suporte@777slo.best.

15. Responsible Gambling

• Deposit limit: daily, weekly, and monthly, configurable by the Member;

The version of the Terms currently in force is always the one published on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top of the document. Members who do not agree with any changes may close their account in accordance with clause 11.1 before the new conditions take effect.

17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. For the resolution of any disputes arising from this relationship, the courts of the Member's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, as set forth in the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), to the exclusion of any other court, however privileged it may be.
